     The infrared moisture meter is an instrument for on-line non-contact continuous measurement of the moisture content of fiber and shavings instaled in the process of paving machine in the wood-based panel production workshop.It can serally communicate  to the remote display table in digital form and can be connected to the automatic control device for closed loop automatic control.  The instrument has the advantages of high precision,stable and reliable performance,convenient installtion and use.The   instrument comprises two parts:an optical probe and a control instrument.The optical probe is a photoelectric conversion measuring  head,which is installed on the upper part of the object to be tested,and the control instrument is a signal processing unit,which is a  hanging digital display instrument box.It adopts Swiss long-life high-speed brushlesmotor and imported high-response infrared  sensor.The infomation processing chip adopts the combination of FPGA+DSP+ARM9 to ensure the real-time data collection and improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the instrument.The JL-W8BA is a true low-cost stand-alone real-time near- infrared component detector.The use of high-eficiency surface mirors and the latest optical technology enhances the optical  design of the system,improving product signal and improving detection stabilty.High digital conversion processing,providing good accuracy and response speed with extensive diagnostic capabilities.In adition,the low operating temperature of the JL-W8BA  enhances the performance and reliability of the instrument.
