The quality of China's particleboard products has been gradually improved, and the annual product qualification rate of quality supervision spot check or national linkage supervision spot check is between 57% and 95%.
In 2014, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China organized the nationwide joint supervision and spot check on the quality of particleboard products, and spot checked 12 provinces (cities and regions) including Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian, Henan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, etc. that failed to pass the inspection and failed to pass the inspection.
The production technology level of China's particleboard has been improved rapidly. There are 23 continuous production lines of flat pressed particleboard, with a total production capacity of 5.13 million cubic meters / year, accounting for 26% of the total production capacity of China. The average production capacity of single line is 223000 cubic meters / year, 3.8 times of the average production capacity of all production lines of particleboard.
